Who we are

Ryans Mobile Detailing LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Ryan's Mobile Detailing ("we", "us"), is a mobile car detailing service based in Gridley, CA 95948, serving Butte, Sutter and Yuba County. This policy covers ryansmobiledetailing.com and book.ryansmobiledetailing.com and explains what information these websites collect, why, and what we do with it. What we collect

The information you give us directly is what you type into a quote form, either the one on this site or the quote form in our Facebook and Instagram ads (a Meta Instant Form): your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your vehicle, the services you are interested in, any notes you add, and whether you ticked the marketing text box. We ask only for what we need to give you a quote and book the job. Please do not include payment details, health information or anything else sensitive in the notes.

When you send a quote form, we also record the time, the page, your IP address and your browser type, so we can show when and how you agreed to texts. If you arrive from one of our ads, the form also saves which ad you came from (campaign tags and the ad click ID in the page address), the page you landed on and the page you came from. Cloudflare's bot check on the form (Turnstile) sees your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.

If you call or text our texting number (530) 456-4558, GoHighLevel keeps the messages, and calls to that number may be recorded, as the greeting tells you. We use them only to answer you and to keep track of your job.

We run ads on Facebook, Instagram and Whop. This site loads the Whop Pixel on every page, and our ad landing pages also load the Meta Pixel. They record page views and that a quote form was sent, so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries, and they may set cookies or similar identifiers to do that. Neither pixel receives what you type into the form or your text message choices. The site sets no other cookies of its own. Cloudflare, our host, processes each request, including your IP address, to deliver the site and keeps standard traffic statistics. The site itself does not load Cloudflare's analytics script.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, quote the work, and schedule and perform the detail. When you send a quote form we send automated service texts about your request, and we send marketing texts only if you ticked the marketing box, as described below.

Text message (SMS) information

We collect your mobile number through our quote forms: the form on this site, the form on book.ryansmobiledetailing.com and the form in our Facebook and Instagram ads. Next to its send button, each form says that by sending it you agree to automated texts from Ryan's Mobile Detailing about your quote and appointment. Those service texts are a reply to your quote request, up to three follow-ups about your quote, appointment details and a review request after the job. If you would rather not get texts, call (916) 628-6257 for your quote instead. Each form also has a separate marketing text box, optional and unchecked, for occasional automated marketing texts: offers and reminders when your vehicle is due for another detail. Sending the form never signs you up for marketing texts. We send only the texts you agreed to, from (530) 456-4558. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, reply HELP for help, or tell us by phone or email. Our Terms cover the text program in full.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your details are stored in a database and emailed to Ryan. Both are provided by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the form service, and the database is managed by Grand Media, the agency that built and maintains the site. Cloudflare also runs the bot check on the form (Turnstile). Your details also go to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the system Ryan uses to keep track of quote requests and to send the text messages you agreed to. When a new request arrives, an alert with your name, phone number, vehicle and the service you asked about is sent to Ryan and to Grand Media staff by text message, by email and in a team Slack channel. Quote requests from our Facebook and Instagram ads come to us from Meta, and Meta handles what you enter in its form under its own privacy policy. These services handle your details only to deliver them to us, alert us and send the texts you agreed to.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We are a small local business and are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act thresholds, but if you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Booking through Urable

Online booking and payment are handled by Urable, a separate scheduling platform. When Ryan confirms a quote he may send you a booking link, and our booking page is Urable embedded in this site. Any details you enter there (name, contact details, vehicle, payment) are collected and processed by Urable under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours. Urable may also send you booking texts, such as confirmations and reminders, from its own number. Those texts come from Urable under its own terms and are separate from our text program at (530) 456-4558. We receive the booking details from Urable so we can do the job. We do not see or store your card details.

Third-party content and links

This site embeds a Google Map of our service area and links to our Instagram, Facebook and Google Business pages. Google, Meta and Instagram may set their own cookies when you interact with that content, and their privacy policies apply to it. Once you leave this site by following a link, including a Urable booking link Ryan sends you, or use the Urable booking window on our booking page, this policy no longer governs what you do there.

How long we keep it

Quote requests in our website database are deleted automatically 24 months after they are sent. Copies in our customer records system (GoHighLevel), in our email and in our team chat are kept as business records until you ask us to remove them. If you want yours removed sooner, email us and we will delete it from all of these within 30 days. If you opted out of texts, we keep a record of that so we never text your number again. Answers you send through a Facebook or Instagram form are also kept by Meta under its own policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are encrypted in transit, rate limited and bot checked. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we ask you to send only what is needed for a quote.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
