Who we are

Ryan's Mobile Detailing is a mobile car detailing service based in Gridley, CA 95948, serving Butte and Sutter County. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions go to ryantaranto.628@gmail.com or (916) 628-6257.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your vehicle, the services you are interested in, and any notes you add. We ask only for what we need to give you a quote and book the job. Please do not include payment details, health information or anything else sensitive in the notes.

We do not run advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare, our host, collects anonymous, cookie-free page view counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that cannot identify you.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, quote the work, and schedule and perform the detail. If you tick the text message box on the form, we may also send you automated service and marketing text messages at the number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or tell us by phone or email.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your details are stored in a database and emailed to Ryan. Both are provided by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the form service, and the database is managed by Grand Media, the agency that built and maintains the site. Cloudflare also runs the bot check on the form (Turnstile). Neither Cloudflare nor Grand Media uses your details for anything other than delivering them to us.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone else. We are a small local business and are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act thresholds, but if you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Booking through Urable

Online booking and payment are handled by Urable, a separate scheduling platform. The booking window at the bottom of each page is Urable embedded in this site, and the Book Now links open Urable in a new window. Either way, any details you enter there (name, contact details, vehicle, payment) are collected and processed by Urable under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours. We receive the booking details from Urable so we can do the job. We do not see or store your card details.

Third-party content and links

This site embeds a Google Map of our service area and links to our Instagram, Facebook and Google Business pages. Google, Meta and Instagram may set their own cookies when you interact with that content, and their privacy policies apply to it. Once you leave this site by following a link, including the Book Now link to Urable, or use the embedded Urable booking window, this policy no longer governs what you do there.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are deleted automatically 24 months after they are sent. If you want yours removed sooner, email us and it is deleted within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are encrypted in transit, rate limited and bot checked. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we ask you to send only what is needed for a quote.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
