Using this site

This website belongs to Ryan's Mobile Detailing, Gridley, CA 95948. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions go to ryantaranto.628@gmail.com or (916) 628-6257.

Quotes and bookings

Sending the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Your final price depends on the vehicle, its condition and the services you choose, and we confirm it with you before any work begins. A booking is confirmed only when we agree a date and time with you directly by phone, text or email.

Appointments

We need a safe place to park and access to the vehicle at the agreed time. If we cannot reach the vehicle, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we may ask for a fee before rebooking. If weather or a breakdown on our side forces a change, we will contact you to reschedule at no cost.

Our guarantee

If you are not happy with any part of the job, tell us before we leave and we will make it right. Some conditions cannot be fully corrected by detailing, for example deep scratches, worn paint, stains that have set into fabric, or damage that existed before our visit. We will tell you what to expect before we start.

Website availability and third-party services

We work to keep this site available but do not promise that it will be free of interruptions, errors or delays. The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Online booking and payment run on Urable, a separate platform with its own terms, whether you use the Urable booking window embedded on this site or the Book Now links, and the quote form, map and social links rely on other third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Instagram) that we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, crashes, data breaches, technical faults or content on Urable or any of those services, or for any missed appointment, lost booking or financial loss you say resulted from this site or a booking platform being unavailable. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ryan's Mobile Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for our own negligence in performing the detailing work itself.

All text, photos and branding on this site belong to Ryan's Mobile Detailing or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Customer reviews are reproduced from Google as written by their authors.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
